ROLE SUMMARY:Department teammate responsible for delivering an awesome customer experience and maintaining amazing department standards. - Ensures quality product through rotation, temperature and quality checks
- Advise customers about products and promote extra sales within the department
- Looking for sampling, seasonal and local opportunities to drive sales
- Ensures department organization, safety and cleanliness
- Works to receive, stock and rotate products
- Assist in training new teammates, creating solid teamwork throughout the department
- Works alongside teammates to produce and serve LK products
- Ensures full compliance with all store and company policies and legal regulations
