Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year A bit about us: We are a fast-growing, ISO-certified precision manufacturing company specializing in mission-critical prototyping and low-volume production for defense, medical, aerospace, and advanced technology clients. Strong GD&T expertise required. 4-axis/5-axis programming experience preferred. This role is built for a senior-level machinist or programmer ready to step into a customer-facing, commercially aware leadership position. Own CNC projects from RFQ through release to the shop floor Review drawings and 3D models; provide DFM guidance and manufacturability feedback Build accurate, margin-conscious quotes aligned with shop capacity Communicate directly with engineers and buyers as the technical-commercial lead Manage scope changes, prioritize workflow, and protect scheduling stability Interested in hearing more?
