Join Publicis Groupe’s Global Operations team in a strategic client facing role to advise and deliver for our top multi-national clients on how to establish best in class global and local marketing operations. The Vice President, Global Operations Solutions Consultant role is responsible for working directly with our top clients to consult, package, recommend, sell, and lead the deployment of our end-to-end operational offering and best in class solutions. Responsible for ensuring successful deployment of recommended global ops solutions while managing a team of solutions experts and project manager to ensure a program is delivered according to scope. This role not only leads key client engagements but is also critical to informing our solutions leads on client needs to impact future roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing detailed assessments, identifying root client challenges, and compiling summary of gaps and opportunities
• Responsible for identifying and packaging Publicis Groupe operational solutions to address new and existing client needs
• Responsible for compiling strategic client recommendations, pricing estimates, scopes and any additional follow up material through approval
• Directly manage solution scope and delivery within agreed upon timelines to ensure proposal milestones are achieved, and ultimately accountable for program delivery
• Manage client executive and internal client stakeholder communications, relationship, and expectation management
• Coordinating global operations project management, solution SMEs and product teams to ensure timely delivery of operational solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' agency experience in consulting, client facing, account management, OR client-side marketing role
• Strong experience with project planning, management, and delivery
• Proactive self-starter who is detail oriented and can work independently
• Flexible and open to role changes/ evolution and taking on new/ additional work outside of role scope as needed
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skills to develop, manage and maintain client relationships
• Strong presentation skills including compilation of presentations and any collateral needed to convey recommendations and spark inspiration
• Highest ethical standards
• You are prepared to roll your sleeves up and get hands on with projects!

Compensation Range: $146,490 - $210,420 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
