Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role oversees marketing campaigns across multiple channels and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership, analytical, and creative skills, capable of managing campaigns and delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns
* Manage multi-channel marketing initiatives, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing
* Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning
* Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
* Oversee brand management and ensure consistency across all marketing materials
* Plan and manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and ROI analysis
* Lead campaign performance tracking and optimization using analytics tools
* Utilize platforms such as Google Analytics and CRM systems to measure performance
* Manage external vendors, agencies, and partnerships
* Lead and mentor marketing team members
* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products or services
* Ensure compliance with marketing regulations and brand guidelines
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required Master's degree (MBA) or relevant certifications preferred
Experience
5 to 8 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns
