Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Oncology unit position requiring an active MA RN license and AHA-certified BLS.

Details

• Position is located on an LTAC Oncology unit
• Patient population includes those requiring chemotherapy administration and oncology diagnosis management
• Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 13-week contract
• Charting is performed in Epic

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
• BLS certification required — must be AHA only
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Active MA RN license must be verified through both NURSYS and BON

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include assessing patients, administering medications, monitoring and documenting clinical changes, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and modify individualized care plans
• Flu vaccine is required with no religious or medical exemptions accepted
• Time and attendance is managed through UKG/Kronos
• Local candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility are eligible to apply
• No validated parking is available at the Boston location; public transportation is encouraged, and public parking is available at daily rates
