Painter

We're seeking a skilled and reliable entry level Painter to join our team. This role is available for both 1st and 2nd shifts and involves applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces. You'll work on both interior and exterior projects, ensuring high-quality, professional results. We're looking for someone with a great eye for detail and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, scraping, sanding, and filling cracks and holes.
• Mix, match, and apply paints, stains, and varnishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Protect surrounding areas and furniture with drop cloths and masking tape.
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality and correct any imperfections.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour.
• Compensation Factors: Your specific pay will be determined by a variety of factors, including your education , work experience , location , specific job duties , and relevant certifications .

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license may be required.
