Job Title: Electro-mechanical Assembly Technician

Responsibilities

• Use basic hand tools to produce sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
• Work off of schematics and manufacturing orders.
• Perform inspections of in-process and incoming materials.
• Maintain detailed records of production.
• Utilize manual pallet jacks to move materials.

Essential Skills

• 1 year of electromechanical assembly experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Understanding of blueprints and schematic reading.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing experience is a strong plus.

Work Environment

Work hours are from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute lunch.

The environment is very clean and well-kept, and you will work closely with a small team of three other people daily.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bellingham, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
