Inspira Counseling Center is a multidisciplinary behavioral health practice providing psychotherapy and psychiatric medication management throughout Massachusetts. As our organization continues to grow, we're expanding our in-person services and developing partnerships with hospitals, primary care providers, rehabilitation centers, and skilled nursing facilities throughout Western Massachusetts. We're looking for a compassionate clinician who enjoys building relationships, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of adults and older adults. Whether you're independently licensed or working toward licensure, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities- Provide individual psychotherapy to adults and older adults
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning
- Maintain timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers and referring medical professionals
- Participate in interdisciplinary care coordination
- Help expand behavioral health services within nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and community partners
- LMHC
- LICSW
- LMFT
- Licensed Psychologists
- Master's-level clinicians who are license-eligible in Massachusetts
- Experience working with adults or older adults
- Interest in geriatric behavioral health
- Experience collaborating with medical providers
- Spanish bilingual is a plus, but not required
