Description
The New Media Developer/Consultant's main objective is to participate in and lead the development of business productivity applications using Internet and Intranet technologies. In order to accomplish this objective, the ideal candidate must be proactive in the management, maintenance and enhancement of database to web solutions and alternatives in that field.
The ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
Leadership
Presentation and communication skills
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Ability to work effectively as a consultant
Project management skills
Entrepreneurial skills
In addition, the ideal candidate has three or more years of experience with several of the following technologies:
Internet/intranet development
Database to web solutions including:
Lotus Notes/Domino
C++; Java
JavaScript; Visual Basic
HTML; Web Servers
Education and Experience
The ideal candidate also has:
BS in Computer Science or Business/MIS
Database development, maintenance, and management experience
Software development experience with a successful product delivery record.
Compensation
