Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) status
- School-based SLP experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and student-centered therapy
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
- Document progress and maintain student records in compliance with regulations
- Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Stay current on best practices and continue professional development
