Qualifications:

• Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) status
• School-based SLP experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and student-centered therapy

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Document progress and maintain student records in compliance with regulations
• Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Stay current on best practices and continue professional development
