EM Assembler II
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled EM Assembler II to join our dynamic team in Westborough, MA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. If you have a passion for precision and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components and systems according to specifications and engineering drawings.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or defects.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic assembly or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Proficient in using hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
