Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationships: Build rapport and establish trust with residential clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Sales & Closing: Present compelling design proposals and close high-value deals, typically ranging from $30K–$1.5M.
- Business Development: Respond to inbound leads and actively hunt new business across the North Shore.
- Implementation & Oversight: Work closely with project managers and field teams to ensure successful project execution and strong client communication.
- Client Satisfaction: Deliver post-sale support and maintain long-term relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Activity Tracking: Embrace a performance system inspired by Rupert's RFP Tracker model, tracking meetings, proposals, and follow-ups weekly with full transparency.
- Collaboration: Partner with estimators and offshore design/drafting support for project execution.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape design/build sales.
- Proven ability to close residential projects with high client satisfaction.
- Strong plant knowledge (New England region preferred).
- Comfortable working with design and estimating tools; willingness to learn new tech and systems.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and responsive.
- Coachable, hungry, and energized by performance-based cultures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical design solutions in simple, compelling terms.

Compensation and Benefits:
- 90K - 100K Base salary + commission
- On-target earnings: $100K–$ 175 K+
