Senior AP Specialist
Client located in Boston, a high-tech manufacturer, is hiring at the Senior Accounts Payable level. This is an in-office position that requires 5 days on-site in Boston. This role will be responsible for the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with both internal controls and industry regulations.
Responsibilities To Include- Review, process, and reconcile vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports in line with company policies.
- Process weekly and monthly payments via ACH, check, and wire transfer.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
- Support month-end closing activities, including accruals, reporting, and reconciliations.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 8 years of related AP/AR experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel spreadsheets and querying or report writing tools.
- General ledger and accounting skills.
- GAAP compliance
: $110,000 - $120,000
