Shift & Schedule:
Day/Evening Rotating Shifts
(6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
32–40 Hours/Week
Occasional Weekends & Holidays

Job Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Blood Donor Care Specialist (Phlebotomist) to support a high-volume hospital-based donor center. This role involves donor screening, blood collection, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards while delivering excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen donors for eligibility in accordance with established regulatory standards

• Perform whole blood collections, therapeutic phlebotomy, and support offsite blood drives

• Prepare and label blood components and specimens accurately

• Maintain proper documentation and data entry, including donor deferrals

• Assist with donor recruitment efforts and maintain supply inventory

• Ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment

• Provide excellent customer service and follow all facility policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Prior phlebotomy experience required

• National certification or completion of an accredited phlebotomy program preferred

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

• Strong communication and computer skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
