Position Summary
Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a detail-oriented Employee Experience Specialist to enhance employee engagement and workplace satisfaction. The ideal candidate will coordinate employee programs, assist with surveys, and support initiatives that improve the overall employee experience.
This role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement
Coordinate employee engagement programs and recognition initiatives.
Assist with employee surveys and feedback collection.
Support HR initiatives to improve workplace culture and satisfaction.
Administrative Support
Maintain accurate records of employee participation in programs and events.
Assist with preparing presentations and reports related to employee experience.
Track engagement metrics and provide recommendations to HR leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with HR, operations, and management teams to support employee initiatives.
Assist leadership in developing programs that enhance workplace culture.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure employee experience initiatives comply with company policies.
Generate reports and metrics to track program success and employee participation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or administrative roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS tools.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage confidential employee information responsibly.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting employee engagement programs in government contracting or defense environments.
Familiarity with multi-state employee experience compliance requirements.
