Manager

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facility in Roslindale, MA who is currently seeking a qualified Case Manager to assist them on a contractual basis.

Details of the position include:

Position: Case Manager

Location: Roslindale, MA

Start Date: ASAP - 12/1 preferred

Duration: 13 weeks available but ongoing preferred

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday
• 9a-5:00p
• 5x8s only

Contract Requirements:

Reliable transportation due to float expectation strongly preferred

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field

o Client may accept only high school diploma if HCP has experience - TBD

• Some prior case management experience with elders strongly preferred
• Will be potentially running errands for elder clients – must be okay with this

Pay:

• Travel: Up to $2,707/week

Parking: Free on-site
