Sourcer (R4R)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sourcer to support our R4R (Recruiting for Recruiters) team. In this role, you will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier Talent Acquisition professionals to support our fast-paced, innovative environment. You will partner closely with fellow R4R recruiters and Talent Acquisition leadership to build pipelines for critical recruiting roles and help drive our company's continued growth and success.
Location(s): Costa Mesa CA, Seattle WA, Boston MA.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Talent Identification: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and social media platforms to uncover passive and active Recruiting candidates (e.g., Technical Recruiters, Production Recruiters, G&A Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators, TA Managers, TA Operations).
- Candidate Engagement: Initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective Talent Acquisition professionals through tailored messaging and personalized communication, showcasing our company's value proposition for recruiters.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for various Recruiting roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality Talent Acquisition talent.
- Collaboration: Partner with R4R Recruiters and TA Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, market nuances, and align sourcing strategies with broader recruitment goals for our Talent Acquisition team.
- Process Improvement: Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies and workflows specific to the Talent Acquisition market.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of dedicated sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record specifically sourcing for and placing Recruiters and other Talent Acquisition or Human Resource professionals.
- Talent Acquisition Acumen: Deep understanding of the recruiting landscape, various recruiting roles, and candidate profiles. Familiarity with different recruiting methodologies, tools, and challenges faced by recruiters.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence Talent Acquisition candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in using data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and make informed decisions regarding the recruiter talent market.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other specialized sourcing tools.
- Collaborative Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced R4R environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience sourcing Recruiters who specialize in high-growth tech companies, startups, or niche/highly regulated industries (e.g., AAV, UAS, AUV, Weapons, or similar).
- Tooling Experience: Expertise using Greenhouse, Gem, various AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Independent & Proactive: Highly self-sufficient with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative without requiring constant supervision.
- Resilient & Creative Problem Solver: Demonstrates flexibility in tackling challenges, quickly troubleshooting issues, and devising innovative solutions on the fly when facing tough-to-find recruiter profiles.
- Exceptional Communication: Communicates directly and succinctly, sharing information promptly to foster collaboration within the R4R team. Practices active listening and engages thoughtfully.
- Strong Sense of Ownership: Takes full accountability for their responsibilities and stays aligned with the mission of building a world-class Talent Acquisition team. Actively seeks opportunities to enhance company performance, even beyond their explicit role.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
