Position: Direct Support Professional

Location: North Stockbridge, MA

Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | All Shifts Available

Pay: $21/hour

Start Date: Immediate

Assignment Length: 13 weeks to start, with strong potential for extension

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnering with a respected human services organization in North Stockbridge to hire compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals. This is your chance to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting - helping them live with dignity, independence, and joy.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building meaningful relationships with residents and supporting their personal growth

• Assisting with daily living activities and personal care

• Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging home environment

• Helping implement individualized learning and behavior plans

• Documenting progress and celebrating milestones

What You'll Need:

• Must be 18 years or older

• High School Diploma/GED or 1+ year of related experience

• Reliable transportation

• A passion for helping others and a calm, patient approach
