Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time, bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Springfield, MA. This onsite role requires a licensed SLP with Massachusetts certification to provide speech and language support in a school setting. The position runs from August 2026 through June 2027 and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in students’ academic and communication development.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Massachusetts SLP license (proof required)
• Bilingual proficiency to support diverse student populations
• Experience working within school-based speech therapy programs
• Ability to manage and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Reliable transportation and punctuality for onsite work
• Ability to pass required drug screening and background checks (CORI/fingerprinting)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation and reports
• Attend meetings and trainings as required by the school district
