Seeking a Litigation Attorney with experience in foreclosure and real estate law to handle litigation, title review, and court appearances. Key Responsibilities
- Handle foreclosure litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents
- Review title issues and resolve defects
- Represent clients in court, hearings, and depositions
- Conduct legal research and discovery
- Manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
- J.D. and Massachusetts Bar (active)
- 3–5 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience in foreclosure, real estate, or creditor rights
- Knowledge of FDCPA, RESPA, TILA (preferred)
- Strong legal writing and research
- Courtroom experience
- Ability to manage high caseload
