SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Astound is seeking a driven Direct Sales Representative to join our Sales & Business Development team in Telecommunications. In this field-based role, you'll prospect residential and small business customers, presenting Astound's fiber-rich internet, TV, and phone solutions. You'll manage a territory, build a strong pipeline, and consistently close new business while delivering a customer-first experience. Working with cutting-edge broadband and WiFi technologies, you'll collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented culture focused on local communities, innovation, and continuous improvement. This full-time position offers base pay plus commission, benefits, and growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify residential and small business customers for Astound's internet, TV, and phone services.
• Conduct in-person and door-to-door sales presentations, clearly explaining product features, pricing, and promotions.
• Build and manage a pipeline using CRM tools, tracking leads, follow-ups, and closed deals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and activity metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on local campaigns and community events.
• Provide customer-first service, ensuring a smooth installation and onboarding experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Astound's broadband, Wi
• Fi, and streaming solutions and competitors' offerings.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to support continuous improvement of products and processes.
• Work independently in the field while collaborating closely with the Sales & Business Development team.
• Represent Astound's brand and values within assigned territories and community engagements.
