Job Summary
We’re seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our corporate dining operations for a premier client with a focus on exceptional hospitality, operational excellence, and strong client relationships. This Monday–Friday role offers weekends and holidays off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in alignment with company policies and client expectations
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and inventory controls
- Lead and develop staff through training, reviews, and succession planning
- Collaborate with culinary teams on menu planning
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and health regulations
- Build strong rapport with clients, guests, and internal teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8–10 years in upscale food service, with at least 6 years in management
- High-end catering experience strongly preferred
- Proven leadership, organizational, and financial acumen
- Skilled in hiring, coaching, and team development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ServSafe certification a plus
