We are seeking a Sales Assistant to provide support to a team of Sales Brokers in a fast-paced real estate environment. This role supports listing coordination, marketing efforts, and transaction administration to help ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting Sales Brokers with daily operational and administrative needs
Coordinating property listings, marketing materials, and sales documentation
Assisting with proposals, presentations, and client communications
Managing CRM updates, deal tracking, and key deadlines
Supporting marketing initiatives across listings, email, and digital platforms
Organizing contracts, transactions, scheduling, and reporting

Qualifications:

2 years of administrative or sales support experience (real estate preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
Excellent communication and attention to detail
