About the Opportunity
Our client, an Am 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified mid-level litigation associate with 2-4 years (ONLY) of experience to join their Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation practice.
Responsibilities- Engage in all major phases of appellate litigation, demonstrating expertise in the legal processes and practices.
- Work on appellate matters that include intellectual property cases, with a particular emphasis on patent litigation.
- Hold two to four years of post-clerkship litigation practice experience.
- Possess appellate litigating experience and one or more appellate or Supreme Court clerkships.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have outstanding academic credentials.
- Possess relevant bar admission, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
