We’re opening an exciting new seafood-forward, high-volume restaurant in Kenmore Square and are looking for a Bar Manager to oversee the beverage program and lead a talented front-of-house team. This is a management-only position — not bartending — where you’ll focus on training, systems, and consistency to create an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the GM and leadership team to execute daily operations
• Manage bar program: inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Train, coach, and motivate bar staff to deliver outstanding hospitality
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient bar environment
• Foster strong FOH + BOH communication to keep service smooth

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of bar management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, ordering, and cost controls
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop teams
• Organized, guest-focused, and hospitality-driven
• Excellent communicator and problem solver
