Job Title: Product Surveillance Analyst (Entry-Level)

Location: Burlington, MA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 8–12 Month Contract (Potential for Extension/Conversion)

We are seeking an entry-level Product Surveillance Analyst to join a leading medical device company. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a background in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related scientific field.

Responsibilities:

• Review and document product and patient information related to a medical device.
• Manage and track incoming case information with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate records and support data quality and documentation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing of information.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, including Excel, for data entry and reporting.
• Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience, including internships, research, or capstone projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Basic Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency.
• Comfortable working onsite and spending most of the day working on a computer.
