Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
• Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and high behavioral needs
• Solid understanding of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), as well as behavior tracking and de-escalation techniques
• SafetyCare training is a significant plus
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to engage with staff and multidisciplinary teams

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide intensive behavior support and intervention for high-need students with autism
• Work within a structured special education classroom alongside skilled professionals
• Implement and monitor individualized behavior plans under the guidance of district staff and BCBAs
• Record and report behavioral data and progress as part of the ongoing intervention process
• Partner closely with teachers, therapists, and families to build effective support networks for students
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all learners
