We’re Hiring: Enterprise 340B Program Director (Hybrid)
A premier, world-class non-profit health system is looking for a strategic, forward-thinking, and compliance-driven leader to step into a highly visible role as our Enterprise 340B Program Director.

Location: Hybrid (Somerville/Boston, MA area – onsite 2-4x per quarter for key stakeholder meetings)

Salary Range: $124,342.40 - $180,897.60/Annual

Reporting directly to the Enterprise Director of Pharmacy Strategy and Business Development, you will serve as the ultimate subject matter expert and institutional authority for our 340B Drug Pricing Program.
You will inherit and evolve a talented team of 15 professionals, driving operational excellence, protecting program integrity, and unlocking cost-savings that directly support our mission of providing care to underserved and vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Compliance & Audit Readiness: Serve as the primary HRSA contact. Oversee internal/external audits, manage 340B ESP submissions, and pioneer automation (such as Robotic Process Automation/RPAs).
- Strategic Growth & Optimization: Evaluate future contract pharmacy opportunities, manage manufacturer/wholesaler relationships, and design financial models to maximize program benefits.
- Financial Stewardship: Lead drug spend analysis for forecasting, manage budget variances, and serve as the core finance point-person for drug expenses.
- Team Leadership & Education: Oversee day-to-day operations across mixed-use areas, contract pharmacies, and clinic-administered settings while championing training for internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 8–10+ years of healthcare experience preferred, with a deep specialization in business pharmacy operations and 340B compliance.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy required (PharmD or Master’s in Pharmacy/Related Field highly preferred).
- Licensure: Massachusetts State Clinical/Pharmacy License highly preferred.
- Skills: Expert knowledge of split-billing software, HRSA/OPA/Medicaid regulations, and a proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-entity programs.
