Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the Massachusetts healthcare, nursing home, or assisted living sector. • Extensive knowledge of the regulatory landscape and legal considerations related to nursing homes and assisted living facilities in Massachusetts. • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, with a strong network in the healthcare industry. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective business development strategies. • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
