Landscape Crew Member and Crew Leader

Mountain View Landscapes, a leading landscape company since 1976, is seeking experienced Landscape Crew Members and Crew Leaders to join our team. Interested candidates should have experience in landscape maintenance including mowing, plantings, pruning, trimming, etc., possess strong leadership skills, be energetic, detail orientated & a team player.

Compensation

Hourly Rates are experienced based:

Crew Member - $18.00 -$19.00

Crew Leader - $19.00 - $22.00 (Previous Verifiable Landscape Crew Leader Experience)

Qualifications

• Professional Landscape Experience preferred
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen, including Marijuana and obtain a medical DOT card. A medical Marijuana card is not useable to pass the drug screen.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License and provide a copy of your clean driving history for a minimum 3-5 years, and reliable transportation. We will provide instructions and assistance on how to obtain a copy of your Motor Vehicle Report online.

• All of our Crew Member positions are considered a "Crew Leader in training" position. We are constantly looking for those who show potential and willingness to move to the next level.
• Winter snow removal team is required for this position.
