YOU ARE:

An individual with 2+ years of leadership experience in a high volume fast paced restaurant or hospitality environmentA dynamic and entrepreneurial leader with a proven ability to mentor, inspire, and guide teams toward exceptional performance, skill development, and the achievement of financial goalsA reliable and motivated individual with a passion for food, hospitality, and guest service, consistently committed to professionalism and delivering the highest quality serviceCertified, or willing to obtain certification, of valid state Alcohol Service CertificationAble to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required by the role
