Program Sr. Manager - Fleet Solutions

The Program SeniorManager - Fleet Solutions plays a critical role in designing, piloting, andscaling a complex fleet management platform for a large, global enterpriseclient. This role leads end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programsspanning operations, technology, field execution, finance, and partnerecosystems.

Operating at theintersection of strategy and execution, this leader translates clientrequirements into scalable operating models, governs multi-workstream delivery,and ensures pilots mature into repeatable, profitable solutions. The role isaccountable for program outcomes across safety, cost, service quality, andspeed to scale.

This position is part ofCBRE's GIS Program Management function and represents a key leadership rolewithin a strategic growth initiative.

What You'll Do

Program Leadership& Delivery

  • Lead large, complex, cross-functional fleet programs from concept through pilot, scale, and steady-state operations using formal program management and governance frameworks.

  • Own integrated program plans across multiple workstreams (operations, field services, technology, analytics, finance, legal, and partners).

  • Ensure dependencies, risks, and issues are actively managed, escalated, and resolved to maintain delivery commitments.

Operating Model &Scale Enablement

  • Partner with functional leaders to design and operationalize scalable fleet service delivery models, including maintenance, retrofits, inspections, and mobile field services.

  • Convert pilot programs into standardized, repeatable solutions supported by defined workflows, SOPs, governance, and performance metrics.

  • Drive clarity around roles, decision rights, and handoffs across internal teams and external partners.

Stakeholder &Client Management

  • Manage senior internal and external stakeholders with competing priorities, aligning on scope, sequencing, investment, and success metrics.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client and CBRE GIS leadership by synthesizing complex information into clear recommendations and decisions.

  • Anticipate objections, navigate ambiguity, and influence outcomes at senior levels.

Governance, Reporting& Financial Discipline

  • Establish and maintain program governance, cadence, and reporting (status, risks, dependencies, milestones, and financial tracking).

  • Ensure disciplined tracking of scope, schedule, cost, and benefits realization.

  • Partner with finance and operations leaders to support business cases, investment decisions, and performance optimization.

Continuous Improvement& Innovation

  • Apply advanced program management and operational expertise to improve methods, tools, and delivery models.

  • Identify structural constraints and design solutions that enable scale without linear cost growth.

Contribute to the development of new processes,standards, and operating frameworks in support of broader functional goals.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience leading complex, cross-functional programs; equivalent experience will be considered.

  • Proven experience managing programs that move from pilot to scaled execution in operationally complex environments.

  • Strong people leadership experience including staffing, development, coaching, and performance management.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguity in high-visibility initiatives.

  • Experience working across operations, technology, analytics, and field delivery organizations.

  • PMP or PgMP certification preferred.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); comfort working with dashboards, metrics, and reporting.

  • PMO Platform experience (SmartSheet, Asana, etc) is preferred.

  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills with an inquisitive, problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and drive alignment across diverse audiences.

  • Consistent demonstration of CBRE RISE values and a "lead-by-example" leadership style.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Program Sr. Manager - Fleet Solutions position is $160,000.00 annually [or $76.92 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Program Sr. Manager - Fleet Solutions position is $180,000.00 annually [or $86.54 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
