Job Summary

Major’s RV Service Center is hiring an experienced repair technician with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing service team. RV experience is NOT required. We provide training for qualified technicians with strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.

This position is ideal for professionals with backgrounds in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, automotive, marine, or general mechanical repair who enjoy troubleshooting complex systems.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair electrical systems (12V & 120V)
• Service plumbing, water, and waste systems
• Repair appliances, inverters, and battery systems
• Work on slide-outs, leveling systems, and awnings
• Perform roof repairs, sealing, and structural maintenance
• Inspect and service wheel bearings and mechanical components
• Troubleshoot multiple systems efficiently and accurately

Every day is different. Strong diagnostic ability is key.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional repair experience
• Background in one or more skilled trades:
• Electrical
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Mechanical / Automotive
• Marine
• Maintenance / Handyman
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must provide own professional tools

Schedule

• Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• No nights
• No Sundays
