BAYADA Home Health Care is now offering Personal Care Aides (PCA) Training for those who are interested in becoming Certified Caregivers along with Home Health Aide (HHA) training and LPN and RN Scholarships for those who are interested in a long term Career in Caregiving. Qualifications for Personal Care Aides (PCs):

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Successful completion of our Free Pre-Hire 60 Hour Personal Care Training Course
• Reliable Transportation

Job Responsibilities for Personal Care Aides (PCs):

• Activities of daily living
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
