Customer Service Representative POST NUMBER: 471226
We've partnered with our client to help find a Customer Service Representative to join its team. This position is a hybrid position in Wakefield, MA.
Responsibilities
Deliver friendly, professional support by handling inbound phone calls with a positive and customer-focused approach for both internal teams and external clients.
- Enter customer orders with precision, ensuring accuracy while proactively communicating any discrepancies or special conditions.
- Navigate and maintain customer portals to support order processing and account needs.
- Build strong working relationships with key contacts and decision-makers to support ongoing account success.
- Utilize the Sage ERP system to process orders, review customer history, check inventory availability, confirm pricing, and track sales order progress.
- Develop customized documentation to meet customer or business requirements.
- Perform additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree or 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong data entry skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills
Willingness to work overtime as needed
