Position Overview
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct support to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and assists nursing staff in delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, and hygiene
- Serve meals and provide nourishment between meals
- Ambulate, turn, and position residents safely
- Monitor residents and report changes to the nursing team
- Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Massachusetts
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, teamwork, and compassionate care skills
