ResponsibilitiesCaregiving Duties:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate client documentation

Office Support Duties:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments
• Support caregiver staffing and shift coverage efforts
• Maintain employee and client records
• Perform data entry and document management
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding activities
• Support administrative projects and office operations

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• HHA, CNA, PCA, or related experience welcomed
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling software
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional phone etiquette
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
