**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
+ Monitor access control by verifying identification, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining visitor logs to help to deter unauthorized entry.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, including communication with emergency services and directing people as needed.
+ Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unwanted or unusual activity within the location.
+ Communicate regularly with Allied Universal management and/or the client's personnel regarding any security-related matters or incidents.
+ Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and interactions in a timely and accurate manner.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
