Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of landscape construction projects, including softscapes, hardscapes, and masonry work
• Support landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, leaf and debris removal, pruning, weed and pest control, and mulching as needed
• Prepare, load, and unload trucks with materials and equipment for daily tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, trailers, and equipment
• Operate equipment safely and use all required personal protective gear
• Demonstrate professionalism and courteousness on and off job sites
• Attend safety trainings and staff meetings as required
• Drive a truck with a trailer safely (for eligible candidates)
• Assist with snow removal operations during the winter season

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in landscape construction preferred; training available for motivated candidates
• Ability to perform heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling of landscape equipment and materials (up to 50 pounds)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Hoisting license is a plus, but not required
• US work authorization required

Compensation

$20.00–$26.00 per hour
