The first 3 letters in workplace safety are Y-O-U! TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator- Service in Boston, MA.

Responsible for performing all administrative duties associated with processing service contracts, customer changes and supporting the service sales department as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Assist with daily dispatching, off-route activity, and scheduling coordination. Participate in daily morning huddles to review sick units, labor availability, and scheduling adjustments.
• Generates proposals for code compliance and state work in New Hampshire and Maine.
• Coordinates compliance work with service and repair superintendents, managers and technicians.
• Oversee orders, records, proposals, permits, testing, and projects for customers, vendors, and TKE employees.
• Coordinates with clients on action items, inquiries, and proposals.

• Work with State to document compliance and completion of work.
• Work with vendors for scheduling and permits

• Facilitate accurate and efficient billing information.
• Assist with processing certificates of insurance.
• occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Who we are looking for

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or GED
• One year certificate from college or technical school preferred
• Three to six months related experience and/or training in basic business administration
• Some elevator repair administrative work preferred
• Oracle/Salesforce database knowledge

Salary range is $55,000 - $70,000 paid hourly and the role offers an annual incentive program. Provided they meet all eligibility requirement under the applicable plan documents, employees will be offered
