A great family-owned home service company is looking for a motivated Project Advisor to drive residential HVAC sales growth across the Greater Boston market. This is a performance-based role with uncapped commission potential — the more you sell, the more you earn. You’ll report to the Sales Director and work closely with Operations and Install Managers to design solutions, close sales, and ensure every project runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and close residential HVAC replacement and installation sales

• Conduct in-home consultations and present tailored solutions to homeowners

• Collaborate with install and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery

• Follow up with leads, estimates, and past customers to maximize conversion

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and track your pipeline

• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity on every appointment

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience, preferably in home services, HVAC, or a related field

• Strong ability to build rapport and close in a consultative environment

• Self-motivated with a competitive drive and hunger to earn

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to manage your time independently and follow through on commitments

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
