ResponsibilitiesConnect with prospective clients to understand what they need to protect and offer solutions that fit their unique lives.
Prepare clear, accurate insurance quotes that help clients feel confident in their coverage choices.
Follow up with potential leads with a warm and persistent approach, ensuring no one is left without the help they need.
Maintain organized records of client interactions and policy details in our management system.
Contribute to a supportive and upbeat office environment where everyone is rooting for each others success.
Continuously learn about new policy options and industry trends to provide the best possible advice.
RequirementsMassachusetts Property & Casualty insurance license.
Previous experience working in a sales-focused role.
Clear and articulate communication skills over the phone and in person.
Ability to navigate computer systems and insurance carrier portals with ease.
Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
A genuine desire to help others secure their financial well-being.
