Customer Service Call Center Associate (Inbound/Outbound)
- Location: Stoughton, MA
- Pay: $21.00 per hour
- Job Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (35 hours/week)
The Customer Service Associate is an integral member of the team. Associates are responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and delivering outstanding customer service. This role works closely with multiple departments throughout the organization and requires the ability to multitask, navigate several computer systems, and communicate professionally with consumers. What You'll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls
- Provide information regarding the company’s programs and services
- Resolve customer questions during the first interaction whenever possible
- Research customer accounts using multiple computer systems
- Document all interactions accurately while speaking with customers
- Learn and apply program policies, procedures, and training materials
- Partner with internal departments to resolve consumer issues
- Deliver compassionate, professional, and solution-oriented customer service
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
- High school diploma or GED or higher
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using multiple computer applications simultaneously
- Prior office based customer service skills taking and/or receiving calls required
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous call center experience or experience handling high-volume inbound customer service calls preferred not required
- Bilingual is a plus
- Full-time, 35 hours per week
- Monday–Friday
- 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
- 100% onsite training for the first 3 months in Stoughton, MA
