Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
- Client requires experience with 5x8 day schedules and documentation in EHR systems preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow SNF care protocols.
