- Competitive Compensation: $30–$65 per session, including base pay plus performance bonuses for certified coaches.

- Help members set goals and celebrate their progress.
- Coach proper movement mechanics and provide form corrections to ensure safe, effective workouts.
- Educate members on the science behind heart rate-based interval training and strength programming.
- Confidently demonstrate and coach the use of all studio equipment.
- Create an energetic, welcoming, and results-driven class experience every day.
- Nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or another NCCA-accredited certification), or the ability to obtain one.
- A passion for coaching, connecting with people, and helping others achieve more than they thought possible.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to bring positive energy to every class.
