Overview: The Billing Specialist is responsible for issuing accurate and timely client invoices for products and services for their assigned area of responsibility. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail. Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all invoice line items, meeting billing timelines
• Collaborate with department leads to clear billing errors and process unbilled orders in a timely fashion
• Audit invoices, validate pricing, services, accurate taxes, ancillary charges, and overall accuracy of invoices
• Review and validate all invoices prior to posting
• Collaborate with all other departments when disputes arise to identify and correct errors
• Work with the Area Managers, Sales, and Operations
• Meet department goals and KPIs around invoice accuracy and unbilled invoices
• Perform other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience with common applications (Microsoft Office)

Salary Range: $18.00 - $36.00 / hour Pay Transparency Statement: At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications.
