Financial Coordinator

Apex Entertainment is seeking a Finance Coordinator to join our team and provide essential financial assistance to our General Manager and COO.

Responsibilities:

• Code invoices using our corporate GL.
• Reconcile Point of Sale reports for accurate financial data.
• Pay all gratuities for bartenders, servers & event hosts daily.
• Work with the Senior Financial Coordinator to compile sales reports and P&Ls.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Senior Financial Coordinator.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate financial data and insights.
• Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills
• A dedicated work ethic with a focus on achieving daily, weekly, & monthly goals.
• Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
• Thorough understanding of basic accounting principles and general ledgers.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a finance role; accounting experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, and experience with POS systems & QuickBooks preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and flexibility to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays if needed.
