Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a dedicated School Psychologist to support K-12 students in Springfield, MA for the upcoming school year on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students to identify learning and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as necessary
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
• Maintain clear and confidential records in accordance with professional and legal standards
• Deliver training or workshops to staff and parents on relevant psychological and educational topics

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, special education laws, and best practices in school psychology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse groups
• Ability to manage caseload effectively while meeting deadlines and documentation requirements
• Commitment to promoting student well-being and academic growth
