We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead all aspects of HR operations for our organization in Westborough , Massachusetts. This role requires a strategic thinker who can seamlessly balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on HR management, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, streamline HR processes, and support organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and promote growth.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on human capital matters, offering guidance and solutions.
• Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration and engagement for new hires.
• Design and implement training programs to support employee development and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate performance review cycles and assist managers in setting goals and providing constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, coordinating safety committees and drills.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment through engagement and culture-building initiatives.
• Manage and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring legal compliance.
• Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and accurate record-keeping within HR systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years in a managerial or strategic role.
• Proven ability to work with a diverse workforce, including both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance on compliance matters.
• Expertise in HR operations, including benefits administration, payroll systems, and HRIS management.
• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture while maintaining compliance with policies.
