Marriage/Couples Counselor
Vitruvian Behavioral Health is a compassionate, clinician-led practice dedicated to delivering high-quality mental health care. We’re currently seeking empathetic and skilled marriage and couples counselors to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who value autonomy, collaboration, and the opportunity to grow in a supportive environment.
What We Offer:
- Fully remote - telehealth
- No caseload requirement – minimum of just 10 billable sessions/month
- Full flexibility: Choose your schedule and the clients you work with
- Biweekly W2 pay
- Supportive clinical culture with available supervision for pre-licensed staff
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (counseling, psychology, or social work) from an accredited institution
- Trained in at least 1 modality in couples counseling
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Comfortable working adults
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Duties Include:
- Conducting individual and/or couples therapy
- Developing and reviewing treatment plans and diagnoses
- Documenting sessions according to practice guidelines
- Participating in a collaborative, growth-oriented clinical environment
